This session is for all library directors and trustees. No matter where you are in governance development and excellence, we guarantee that you will enjoy the session and leave feeling more confident about your public library values and your unique governance roles and responsibilities. You will also leave with renewed connections with your trustee and library directors networks and your associations, ABCPLD and BCLTA.  This highly interactive workshop for trustees and library directors will explore the practices and outcomes of successful strategizing, oversight, and management for public libraries through a lens of public library values, such as diversity and inclusivity, equitable access, intellectual freedom, privacy, and reconciliation.
