M10: Digging Up Your Roots: Family History at Cloverdale Library

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Family History is one of the world's fastest growing hobbies. The Family History department at Surrey Libraries’ Cloverdale Branch is an example of how we bring people from many communities (and sometimes continents) together in a shared quest:  How to build your own family tree!  Using basic tools such as Census records, vital records, probate records, and more, and then adding in the newest tool – DNA – we can help you fortify your family tree by discovering stories, facts, and possibly even family members you were unaware of!  Join us for a discussion on how Cloverdale Library provides support, resources and learning opportunities in the fascinating world of family history research.

Please note this is a double session and includes one 15 minute break.
